14" (36 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, large blue upper-glancing eyes, grey eye shadow, painted brown lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, blonde mohair braided chignon, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (original Lenci paper label indicating model Rita #24). Comments: Lenci, circa 1935. Value Points: very beautiful doll with well-preserved painting of face, wearing original vibrant costume including floral embroidered bonnet and holding three long-stemmed sunflowers.
