Bisque socket head, bright blue glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, rose blushed eye shadow, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, brunette human hair over Steiner pate, Steiner composition fully-jointed body, matching costume to #122. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: A J. Steiner Bte SGDG (head) Le Petite Parisien Bebe Steiner (body). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1890. Value Points: bright eyes complement the beautiful complexion on the tiny bebe, original body and body finish.
