Description
11" (28 cm.) Walnut case clock with richly banded inlays of fruitwood and bone is decorated with three ivory finials. The roof slides off to reveal a fitted interior for insertion of pocket watch. (Watch included but of later period, c.1930). Condition of case excellent with two splits in bone inlay. 19th century. Provenance: Legoland Museum.
