Bisque socket head, brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, mauve-blushed eyeshadow, brushstroked brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with shaded and accented lips, separately-modeled pierced ears, extended-length brunette mohair wig of lush quality, cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with plump limbs and straight wrists. Condition: generally excellent, original body and body finish. Marks: 16 (head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1882. Value Points: rare grand size 16 with luxurious wig, fine original body, and wearing antique brown velvet dress, bonnet, (frail) gilt-lettered Jumeau shoes.
