Bisque shoulder head, elongated oval face, brown glass inset eyes, painted lashes, thick brush-stroked brows, strong aquiline nose, thick sculpted moustache over tiny closed mouth, pink kid body, purple velvet suit and cap. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, maker unknown, circa 1865. Value Points: very rare facial model of gentleman with thick brows and moustache, distinctive expression, fine quality of bisque.
