18" (46 cm.) Bisque socket head,blue/grey painted eyes with decorative glaze,thick black upper eyeliner,one-stroke tapered brown brows,rounded nose with accented nostrils,closed mouth with very full lips and center accent line,impressed dimples at lip corners and chin,brunette mohair wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R 114 46. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt,from their art character series,circa 1910,the model was marketed as "Gretchen". Value Points: fine detail of sculpting enhances the characterization,with artistic dewy patina of complexion,original wig,body,body finish and wonderful antique dress.
