Of narrow silk black and brown stripes, the dress has fitted bodice with V-shaped gold velvet bodice, with gold velvet bands around the skirt and cuffs, yellow featherstitching at the cuffs, neckline and hem, and dainty gold velvet frou-frou bows. For 17"-18" doll. 4" shoulder width. 11" waist. 12" overall length. Circa 1885.
