Description
2 1/2" (6 cm.) A gilded light metal desk with slant front has center medallion with floral decoupage, ormolu legs, with tassel cord and loop, hinges open to reveal well-fitted interior with ribbon-tied stationery and pencil. The miniature was presented as a figural dance card for a luxury gala event. Vienna, circa 1890.
