Description
5" (13 cm.) h. teapot. 14" x 11" box. A porcelain tea service is presented in a leather-covered wooden box with green silk padded lining. The service, with cream background, has Sevres cobalt blue borders accented with gilt and is decorated with five different courtly scenes in the late 18th century manner. Pristine condition. With original label from the prestigious Parisian toy shop, Au Paradis des Enfants. Circa 1890.
