Description
9" (23 cm.) Each has felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, large side-glancing eyes, long painted curly lashes, "O" shaped mouth, blonde mohair wig, jointed felt arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Lenci (original paper labels on each). Comments: Lenci, Italy, circa 1929, #291 and 294 from the miniature series. Value Points: the delightful pair wear their original felt costumes, girl carrying a bouquet of flowers, and are rare to find in the matched pair.
