Solid domed bisque socket head with sculpted blonde topknot and forelock curl,side curls,large brown glass side-glancing googly eyes,dark eyeliner,painted curly lashes,"dash" brows,tiny button-shaped nose,closed mouth in thin-line smile with impressed dimples at lip corners,five-piece composition toddler body with chubby tummy,starfish-shaped hands,hip-jointed short legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Ges Gesch O'Neill JDK 10 (head) O'Neill (signature on foot). Comments: Kewpie,designed by Rose O'Neill,circa 1910,made by Kestner. Value Points: rare glass-eyed Kewpie model with original body and original body finish.
