Description
7" (18 cm.) All-composition with painted blue side-glancing eyes, waist-length brunette mohair wig, jointing at shoulders and hips, painted white socks and black shoes. She is wearing original green velvet dress with unusual looped-yarn edging and attached red taffeta panties, red felt cap with looped yarn edging and red silk ribbons, red mittens. The costume has original cloth tag "Birthday Girl/January. Madame Alexander/New York". Very good condition. Madame Alexander, 1943, from her Birthday Girl series of that year.
