Bisque shoulderhead of lady with blonde sculpted curls and painted facial features, muslin body and bisque arms, presented in original fantastical "pincushion" gown which serves as a pincushion and sewing companion body. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: fabulous presentation, the gown decorated with embroidery details and constructed pockets for containing various sewing supplies and tools, including thimble, threads, needles, strawberry pincushion, scissors, needlecase, and more.
