Description
6" (15 cm.) Waist-up porcelain half-doll with pale brown sculpted hair arranged in elaborate coiffure with long arranged curls at the back, topped by a gold-beaded turban cap with plumed feathers, sculpted multi-tiered blouse with low bodice and three large blue bows, with arms modeled away and daintily-sculpted fingers. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1910, inspired by Marie Antoinette with signature coiffe and head-dress and wonderful details including sculpted beaded bracelets which match the trim on her turban.
