16" (41 cm.) Brown-complexioned bisque socket head, brown glass inset eyes, black painted curly lashes and brushstroked brows with feathered highlights, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, black mohair wig, brown composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S 8 1/2 H 739 dep. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1890. Value Points: rarer model especially with flawless brown complexion, original body and body finish.
