1 3/4" (4 cm.) The gold-plated medallion has a raised profile of Shirley Temple and the words "Silver Screen Gold Medal" and "Shirley Temple" on one side. On the reverse, a raised garland encircles the accolade "The Readers of Silver Screen Vote Shirley Temple the Most Popular Player of the Screen 1935".
