16" (41 cm.) Bisque socket head with light cafe-au-lait complexion, brown glass sleep eyes, black painted curly lashes, black brushstroked brows with feathered details, accented nostrils, open mouth, very full coral-shaped lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, black mohair wig, brown composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1358 Germany Simon & Halbig S&H 5. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1890. Value Points: especially pleasing light brown complexion and painting of lips on the hard-to-find character model.
