Description
14" (36 cm.) x 10" x 5". The portable phonograph is enclosed in a firm-walled case, has decorative cover depicting children at play in various garden scenes, and has a green kidskin handle, chrome hardware, arm, turntable frame, needle case, crank, and variable speed indicator. There is a file area for storing records and a green velvet record plate. The phonograph bears the insignia of Boetsch Bros. of New York. A silver plaque on the outside rim is inscribed "Shirley Temple". Circa 1930s.
