Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, blue/grey glass inset eyes with spiral threading, dark blue iris rims, dark eyeliner, painted lashes and feathered arched brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with dainty smile depicted by the upturned lip corners, accented pale lips, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, kid poupee body with square-cut collarette, gusset-jointing at hips and knees, bisque lower arms and hands with distinctively-sculpted fingers. Condition: generally excellent, tip of left baby finger missing. Comments: Leon Casimir Bru, his deposed smiling-face model of 1872. Value Points: beautiful face, expression and bisque, rare original body with bisque hands, original burgundy silk gown with lace trim, bustle back, demi-train, woven bonnet with silk lining, undergarments, and fancy leather boots.
