Description
3" (8 cm.) Each is all porcelain with removable lid for access to the hollow interior. Each piece is designed as a fireplace with attached mantel and mirror, and upon each mantel is arranged a vignette of a playful scene; including little kitten pulling a cart with Polichinelle figure; toy jester with horn seated on a drum; little boy with hoop; child jester holding the hand of a younger child; and Punch and Judy figures with curtained theatre-like background. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1860.
