Waist-up porcelain nude half-doll posed with arms widely-outstretched, sculpted light grey curly hair with Dresden flowers, daintily-posed hands, muslin lower torso and upper legs, porcelain lower legs with blue painted slippers, costume. Excellent condition. Dressel & Kister, circa 1910, depicting the famed 18th century Parisian ballerina known as La Camargo who is known for introducing the ballet slipper, replacing the heeled dancing shoe.
