Description
2" (5 cm.) shoe length. Including "good luck" sterling brooch composed with silver horseshoe with pin-back and suspended silver boot sculpted to appear much worn, with missing laces, marked "sterling handmade B", and is inscribed "To Shirley From Dad 4-23-47". Along with a marked sterling silver medallion with a raised design of baby seated on chamber-pot along with the amusing message "The only one in Washington who knows what he's doing", and inscribed on the reverse "To Shirley, of course you are the exception, Dad".
