Description
7" (18 cm.) Brownies. Each of the cloth Brownies has lithographed details of face, body and costume, depicting a character from the 1892 illustrations of Palmer Box; including are Soldier, Sailor with "Valiant" cap, and Gentleman with printed umbrella. Each is marked "copyrighted by Palmer Cox" on foot. American, Art Litho, circa 1895. Also included is an early Eastman Kodak Brownie Camera, #2 in (very worn) original box with three colorful drawings of Brownies on the box design, 1920s.
