Description
9" (23 cm.) x 6" each. Titled "Mother's Day", the poem relates "Far up in the deep blue sky/Great white clouds are floating by/All the world is dressed in green/Many happy birds are seen. Roses bright and sunshine clear/To show that Mother's Day is here", with a springtime drawing and the note "To Mother/Love Shirley". Along with a ribbon-tied booklet with a picture of pansies on the cover, and a handwritten note in the interior "Dear Mother, I wish you a very happy new year. I love you. Shirley Temple 1936".
