Description
5" (13 cm.) Waist-up porcelain nude lady with elaborately-arranged coiffure in the 18th century style featuring clusters of ringlet curls, her arms posed away and holding a letter in her left hand which she appears to be reading. Marks: (blue bishop's staff stamp). Excellent condition. Germany, Dressel & Kister, circa 1912, an identical model to #74 in this catalog, except without purple plume and with darker color of hair.
