Description
34" (86 cm.) x 20". The ceramic earthenware background in original painted ochre, brown and green colors has sculptural detail of recessed niches and various semi-hidden figural designs. There are some typical edge rubs and small flakes found on this material, but overall excellent and brilliantly executed. Italian, early 1800s.
