Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes with darker blue iris rims, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, brushstroked brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with shaded and outlined lips, pierced ears, auburn mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body, lovely antique ivory satin dress with lace dress, matching bonnet, undergarments, leather shoes signed 8. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 8 (head). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1888. Value Points: very fine bisque and complexion is enhanced by splendid very deep sparkling eyes, original body and body finish. Private collection Lorna Lieberman.
