Description
11" (28 cm.) Bisque socket head, small brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, outlined lips, two porcelain teeth, double chin, impressed dimples at lip corners, brunette mohair wig over plaster pate, composition and wooden toddler body, antique blue velvet uniform and matching cap. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: A made in Germany 5 211 JDK. Comments: Kestner, circa 1915. Value Points: very dear little fellow with wonderful quality of bisque and painting, original toddler body and body finish.
