19th Century Wooden Mannequin, Carved Wooden Boots, White Suit

38" (97 cm.) The well-formed mannequin has carved wooden finial, shoulder caps, and carved wooden boots with little heels and defined buttons, and with sturdy armature torso and upper legs covered with black muslin and edged at the neck and legs with bands of black velvet. The mannequin is clothed in a very fine white pique boy's suit with breeches, detachable collar and trim of broderie Anglaise. Generally excellent. Circa 1875.
