Description
7" (18 cm.) seated. Bisque shoulderhead lady with painted features and mohair wig, muslin torso and upper legs posed for sitting, bisque forearm with separately-curled fingers, bisque lower legs with white stockings and heeled shoes, is posed seated upon a pincushion with silk and metallic thread covering, arranged upon a green velvet covered base. Marks: Henry A La Pensee Paris (gold paper label on base). Generally excellent, costume a tad dusty. French, circa 1915.
