All carved wooden doll, socket head, intaglio brown eyes in deeply-defined eye sockets, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, pensive expression, brunette mohair wig, spring-jointed wooden body, wearing original factory knit teddy and posed on Schoenhut stand. Marks: Schoenhut Doll Pat. Jan 17, ‘11, USA & Foreign Countries. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1912. Value Points: well-preserved original finish, appealing expression.
