Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, brown side-glancing eyes, grey eyeshadow, painted lashes and slight brows, closed mouth, exuberantly fleece-curled brunette mohair wig, felt body with jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent, slight dustiness. Comments: Lenci, from their 300 series, the doll was featured in their 1930 catalog as model G, named "Renato". Value Points: rare model with wonderful hair, wearing original costume of felt smoking jacket with trousers, matching slippers, tassel waist ties, and carrying a wooden pipe and leather tobacco pouch.
