13" (33 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate with modeled bosom and shoulder blades, brown glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, "O" shaped open mouth designed to accommodate baby bottle, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, kid bebe body with gusset-jointing, bisque forearms, wearing lovely antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, metal screw and rubber ball nursing mechanism lacking, one baby finger broken. Marks: Bru Jne 5 (head and shoulders). Comments: Leon Casimir Bru, Bebe Teteur, circa 1884. Value Points: especially pretty example of this model with sturdy body.
