Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose-blushed eyeshadow, arched brushstroked brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette hand-tied human hair wig over Steiner pate, Steiner composition fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Sie C 6 (head) 6 (pate). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1884, original body and body finish. Value Points: fine gleaming complexion on the gentle-faced bebe, wearing lovely brown velvet costume, brown straw bonnet, undergarments, very fancy ankle shoes with silk rosettes by Alart (impressed with full figure of a doll).
