39" (100 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S&C Simon & Halbig 100. Comments: Franz Schmidt, circa 1910. Value Points: rare grand size, with very choice bisque and beautiful face.
