Description
2" (5 cm.) painting. 4 1/2"h. frame. Presented in its original oval walnut frame is a hand-painted portrait of lady in semi-profile view, with black hair and brown eyes. The painting has remarkable detail including earrings and matching brooch with teardrops, and there is a defined hollow on her elegant slender throat. Excellent condition. Early 1800s.
