20" (51 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of adult lady with elegant demeanor, sculpted light brown hair waved away from her face into formed curls, crowned by a woven bonnet that is decorated with blue draped ribbon and streamers, and a large pink and white feather, painted facial features, blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, single-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, very elaborate Dresden ruffled blue collar, gilt accents and black edging, magenta painting, muslin stitch-jointed body, new porcelain limbs, wearing beautiful antique costume and undergarments. Condition: vertical hairline below the Dresden collar at the back, otherwise excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: beautiful refined model whose rarity factors include sculpted fancy bonnet and collar, brown hair and pierced ears.
