16" (41 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, large brown side-glancing eyes, painted upper lashes, fringed brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with two accent dots on lower lip, brunette mohair curly wig, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent, few moth holes at dress back. Marks: Lenci (original metal button on undergarments). Comments: Lenci, circa 1922, the metal button tag was used from 1920-1922 only. Value Points: rare early model is wearing original teal blue felt dress with ecru felt edging, colorful felt flower applique, matching ruffled bonnet and shoes, undergarments.
