11" (28 cm.) A brown wool puppy dog with shaved "fur" has swivel head, floppy ears, glass googly brown side-glancing eyes, black embroidered nose and mouth, red felt tongue, posed seated on haunches. A music box is hidden in its torso, and when wound by keywind at lower torso, a charming musical tune plays. Excellent condition. French, maker unknown, circa 1925.
