35" (89 cm.) h. 11"w. head. 11"h. head. Of very thick paste porcelain with overall pink-tinted complexion, with solid dome, plumply rounded face and sturdy throat, slightly defined bosom and deeply sloping shoulders, deeply modeled features, defined eye sockets with upper-glancing deep blue eyes having white eye notch in pupils, black and red upper eyeliner, brush-stroked brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with very rich lips, early hand-tied brunette human hair wig, old muslin stitch-jointed body, leather arms, (frail) antique rose silk gown, undergarments, leather boots. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: attributed to Lippert & Haas of Schlaggenwald, circa 1860. Value Points: very rare model, especially in this rare exhibition size, has outstanding detail of sculpting and painting.
