Comments: Chinese Door of Hope Mission,circa 1920,including Young Woman with rare plucked forehead hair and tightly woven braided chignon,wearing original silk costume and lavish beaded headdress; Kindergarten Child with silk costume and cat-faced shoes; and Young Gentleman with black painted pate and real queue,wearing purple and blue silk ensemble. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Chinese Door of Hope,circa 1920. Value Points: very rare dark complexions are entirely original on the well costumed family.
