8" (20 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, blonde tinted baby hair, large blue glass painted googly eyes in downcast side-glancing pose, short dash brows, button nose, closed mouth with impish smile, composition body jointed at shoulders and hips, pretty antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: R 49 A Germany. Comments: Theodore Recknagel, circa 1920. Value Points: seldom found googly with wonderful expression of eyes.
