13" (33 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, cobalt blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, ears pierced into head, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, stretched-kid-over wooden shapely torso and legs, wooden arms, dowel-jointing at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, body sturdy, finish worn on wooden arms, kid cover on legs is very scuffed. Comments: French, circa 1865. Value Points: charming petite size, original wig, original rare body.
