11" (28 cm.) The maple wood chair has fancily-carved spindles and supports in the faux-bamboo style, and with tufted aqua silk seat having corded edging. Along with an earthenware figure of dog in begging pose, and having inset amber glass eyes. Excellent condition. French, circa 1880, the style of chair is most unusual.
