11" (28 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, accented lips, ears pierced into head, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French kid shapely body with one-piece torso and legs, jointed shoulders, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1878. Value Points: rare tiny size of the gentle-featured poupee with original sturdy body.
