19" (48 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes with darker blue outer irises, thick dark eyeliner, painted dark lashes, brush-stroked brows with decorative glaze, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with defined space between the outlined and shaded lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully jointed body, lovely antique dotted Swiss dress, undergarments, bonnet, shoes, and socks. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Paris 6 (incised). Comments: attributed to Henri Delcroix, circa 1888. Value Points: rarely found bebe, the doll has gorgeous deeply defined features with beautiful painting especially of lips, and with finely glazed complexion that is accentuated by deep paperweight eyes.
