Description
20" (51 cm.) l. Of firmly-constructed paper mache, the lamb is lavishly covered with white lambswool except for shaved face and lower legs, and has attached kidskin ears, amber glass eyes, painted nose and mouth, with silk neck ribbon and brass bell. The head is designed to tilt forward, creating a "baa-a" sound from the hidden internal bellows. Excellent condition, bellows functions well. French, circa 1885.
