Description
6 1/2" (17 cm.) doll. 9"l. recamier. Bisque nude woman is posed lying on her side in a manner designed to accentuate her curves, her head upheld by left arm which is clasped at the elbow by her right hand, and legs modeled bent at knees, original brunette wig, painted white one-strap shoes, and with (delicate) original lace wrap. She is posed upon a velvet covered recamier with metallic braid trim and lion's head accent, and which hinges open for access to candy box interior. Excellent condition. Germany, Galluba & Hoffman, circa 1912, for the French market.
