Bisque socket head, blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows with decorative glaze, accented nostrils, open mouth, outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, brunette mohair wig, Sonneberg composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1894 AM 6 dep Made in Germany. Comments: Marseille, this particular model was marketed most specifically for the French trade, circa 1895. Value Points: pretty child wears original red linen-like seaside ensemble with feather stitched detail of middy collar, undergarments, red kidskin shoes, woven hat.
