9" (23 cm.) Dark brown-complexioned bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso, dark brown glass eyes, dark eyeliner, black feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth with coral-shaded lips, two square-cut upper teeth and one lower, black mohair wig, peg-jointed bisque arms and legs, painted pale blue socks and black two-strap shoes with sculpted bows, wearing antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, old hairline on torso. Comments: Kestner, circa 1885. Value Points: rarity factors include beautiful brown complexion rare to find on this model especially in this large size, unusual painting of socks and shoes.
